UKG Live Bengaluru
The event started with a cultural tribute by Lok Bharti, Neil Solomon encouraged organizations to embrace tech for workplace excellence. Sanjay Chaturvedi highlighted the impact of culture on collaboration, while Kopal Raj focused on using technology for intentional cultural change. Badri Mangadu shared HCL’s workforce challenges and how UKG solutions are helping them. The day ended with the Workforce Excellence Awards, followed by stand-up comedy and live music.

UKG Live Mumbai began with a folk performance and a keynote by Salil Lal on inclusive HR technology. Beena Mathen Jacob explored collaborative culture at DHL, while Prerna Panshu unveiled UKG Bryte, an AI-driven tool. S ‘Venky’ Venkatesh's closing talk emphasized happiness amid uncertainties. Nitin Harbude presented the Workforce Excellence awards and the day was filled with insightful discussions and delightful entertainment.
