UKG Materiality Assessment
Every two years, UKG conducts a materiality assessment to solicit feedback from a diverse number of stakeholders to ensure that we remain current with the material items that matter most to them, while also confirming that we’re focused on the right areas that will have the biggest impact on our business operations, employees, communities and the environment.
