Liz McCarron serves as Chief Legal Officer of UKG. In her role, Liz is responsible for developing and executing a legal engagement model aligned to the company’s growth, innovation, people-centric culture and profitability initiatives, as well as overseeing worldwide legal and regulatory affairs in the 150 countries in which the company serves its customers daily. Prior to UKG, Liz served on the legal team at Kronos. Earlier in her career, Liz helped build and lead the global legal organisation at McAfee. Before McAfee, Liz spent 15 years at EMC Corporation (now Dell Technologies), where she held a number of leadership roles in legal, such as overseeing the company’s global litigation, employment law, privacy and public-sector contracting matters, and its global ethics and compliance programme.
