Bob DelPonte is Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at UKG. With more than two decades of experience at the company, he leads UKG's Customer Experience organisation, which includes Implementation Services, Support Services, Managed Services, CX Learning, CX Intelligence, CX Excellence, and Customer Success teams who are focused on helping customers realise maximum value across every stage of their UKG journey. Drawing on deep expertise in customer experience, workforce management, and enterprise transformation, Bob focuses on turning workforce insights into action — driving adoption, strengthening retention, and elevating the strategic role of HR and workforce technology in delivering measurable business outcomes. He works closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to create purposeful, empowering work experiences through a proactive and personalised approach. Previously, Bob led UKG’s small‑to‑mid‑size business growth strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Marist College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
