Why did you choose to join UKG?

Lucky: While opportunities come your way, UKG has a strong culture of attracting great talent. I was looking to transition from a service-oriented role to a product company, and UKG offered the perfect blend.

Abhilasha: I joined UKG as Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer 13 years ago. I was looking for opportunities for growth and advancement, eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. UKG has given me this opportunity.

Prateek: I joined UKG in May 2015 for several reasons: it is a dynamically growing product-based organization with great products, takes care of personal and professional aspects, and has an amazing culture.

What inspires you at UKG? 

Lucky: What truly inspires me is UKG's ability to adapt and evolve. When I joined, we were a company of less than 500 people in Noida. Today, we've grown to over 3,500! UKG’s willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace change ensures both the organization and its people can thrive in this ever-changing world

Abhilasha: The opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I was part of a leadership program, which has helped me to enhance my leadership skills.

Prateek: The people and the organization's vision are my biggest inspiration at UKG. The company consistently strives to raise the bar with a growth mindset, and everyone, including senior leadership, is committed to ensuring we support each other.

How does UKG support your personal and professional goals?

Lucky: UKG has been instrumental in my professional development. They've provided me with numerous training opportunities that have been key to my growth over the years.

Abhilasha: UKG has provided learning opportunities time after time, which has helped me achieve my goals. The work-life balance that my job offers, allows me to pursue my passion outside of work and maintain a healthy lifestyle

Prateek: UKG supports me on both fronts, which is one of the great points of this wonderful organization. Professionally, it has provided me with numerous opportunities to learn, explore, and grow. UKG's trust in my abilities to tackle challenging tasks has truly brought out the best in me. Personally, the company offers an excellent work-life balance, allowing me to take care of my needs without the pressure of micromanagement.

What has inspired you to choose UKG for many years?

Lucky: The people! I've been fortunate to work with some incredible minds who've offered invaluable guidance, especially during challenging times (which can often lead people to switch jobs). They are truly the heart and soul of UKG and a major reason I've stayed for so long.

Abhilasha: Excellent chance for continuous improvement – frequently learning new things, gaining new knowledge, developing new skills, and improving existing skills to become better and better.  In my job, I get to see the direct results of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the positive impact of my work on clients or customers is fulfilling.
